Shipping Policy
We currently ship orders within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 4–15 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier availability, and fulfillment conditions. Tracking information is sent when available. Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Contact us before sending any item; unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
